OUR CONDITION STANDARDS

All items are pre-owned & most have gentle wear unless specified as new. Each item is categorized as New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Fair.

New
Brand new, never used. New with or without tags/box.

Excellent
Items are like new, without tags. They may have been used, but have no major stains or markings.

Very Good
Items may show minor sign(s) of wear. Items may show wear such as lightly worn corners, light scratches and interior wear.

Good
Items show moderate sign(s) of wear. Items may show wear such as worn corners, moderate scratches and interior wear.

Fair
Items show heavy sign(s) of wear. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as heavily worn corners, scratches and interior wear. Some items may have missing original accessories or rips.
